Network 41 works in a dynamic and innovative field that demands ongoing and goal-oriented further development from our employees. Our support programme aims to encourage our talented group of employees with regard to their roles, support them in their development and, not least, enable them to have a career at Network 41.

By means of training courses and further education, we promote the personal development of our staff so that we can count on well-trained and motivated specialists that are ready to take on responsibility. A development objective, financial support and potential commitments are established in a written agreement. During the advancement process, supervisors are on hand as coaches to lend employees support. Thanks to this combination of theory and practice, numerous employees have already been successfully nurtured.
