If connections to the outside world – whether landline, Internet or TV – do not work, then all that matters is getting them back up and running as quickly as possible. This is where our field service comes in. After receiving the fault notifications, our technicians travel to the switchboards or to the customer and take care of rectifying the fault. In doing so, we use a joint dispatching system. This means that the technician that is currently closest to the fault and is available is deployed. This optimises daily scheduling and saves both time and costs.
Our technicians install TV or Internet directly at the customer (on-site installation (OSI)), provide recommendations on suitable devices and explain their possible uses.
